GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (September 22, 2026) – AC Grand Rapids, West Michigan’s new professional soccer club, today announced a multi-year partnership with vivenu, the leading technology platform in advanced ticketing operations. Through this agreement, vivenu becomes the Official Ticketing Partner for AC Grand Rapids as the club builds toward its highly anticipated inaugural season at the new Amway Stadium in 2027.
AC Grand Rapids will open the 2027 MLS NEXT Pro season on Friday, March 19. As fans prepare for that historic moment, they will experience a frictionless, digital-first ticketing journey powered by vivenu’s customizable platform. The partnership will empower AC Grand Rapids to maintain full control over its ticketing data, branding, and fan experience from the moment a ticket is purchased through match day.
“Our vision for AC Grand Rapids is a community asset that builds deep connections with our fans, so every touchpoint has to strengthen that connection. Partnering with vivenu gives us the flexible, cutting-edge technology required to deliver an easy, intuitive ticketing experience for fans. We are thrilled to welcome vivenu to the ACGR family as we prepare to open the doors of Amway Stadium.” — Darrius Barnes, AC Grand Rapids President
Vivenu’s platform is designed to give sports teams and event organizers autonomy over their operations. For AC Grand Rapids fans, this means a seamless mobile purchasing process, highly interactive stadium seating maps, easy ticket sharing among friends and family, and simplified entry on matchdays.
“AC Grand Rapids is building something special from the ground up, with fan experience and community impact at the heart of their 2027 debut at Amway Stadium. Most clubs spend a decade trying to win back fan relationships they handed to someone else early on. AC Grand Rapids never has to. Every supporter who places a deposit today enters a database the club owns outright, in the club’s own brand, from the Supporters Section to the club seats. That is what a season ticket base and a full Amway Stadium get built on.” — Simon Webber, vivenu Co-Founder
AC Grand Rapids is currently accepting season ticket deposits and expects to begin the on-sale phase in mid-October.
